Neural Forge is an applied research company at the intersection of machine learning, data science, and real-world impact. We build intelligent systems that solve problems people actually have.
We don't chase trends. We forge tools. From predicting wildfires with satellite and climate data to digitising archival records with document AI, from GPU infrastructure for local government to conversational agents for public services. Our work is grounded in data, validated by research, and built to last.
We work from Santa Clara-a-Nova in the Baixo Alentejo, close to the landscape and the institutions much of our work serves, and remote-first for everyone else.

We start with the data and the problem, not the solution. Every model earns its place through validation.
Full-stack ML
From data collection to model training to frontend visualization. We own the entire pipeline.
Infrastructure-aware
We build and manage the GPU clusters our models run on. k3s, Flux CD, bare metal.
Open standards
PostGIS, GeoTIFF, Parquet, ONNX. We build on formats and tools that outlast us.
